1. Program description
The PCN CONSULTING LLC and Clones & Co customer-care SMS program is intended for one-to-one communications related to inquiries, existing orders, service coordination, and requested support. It is not consent to receive unrelated promotional blasts.
2. How you opt in
You may opt in by entering a telephone number and separately checking the optional SMS Customer Care Consent box on an approved PCN Consulting intake form, or through another documented consent method that clearly presents the applicable disclosure. The checkbox must be unchecked by default.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing a telephone number without checking the consent box does not by itself create SMS consent.
3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, order, or customer-care needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Opt out and help
Reply STOP to the same number that sends you messages to opt out. After a valid opt-out request, you may receive a final confirmation message. Reply HELP to that same number for help. An opt-out applies to the applicable messaging program and telephone number; additional steps may be needed for a different number or separately authorized program.
5. Privacy
Mobile information and SMS consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are used only to provide the communications requested by the customer and related customer care services.
See the Privacy Policy for additional information.
6. Support and changes
For questions about the program, email info@pcnconsult.com. You may also use our contact form.
These terms may be updated as the program or legal requirements change. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
7. Website inquiries
Submitting a website inquiry records your preferences. It does not trigger an automated customer reply or text. Customer-care messaging remains subject to the applicable consent and service requirements.
