Talk to PCN.
Send the honest version of the week — what broke, what you caught, what you had to remember. PCN responds to new qualified inquiries within one business day. No payment or commitment at this step: if the Operations Audit is the right entry point we will scope it, and if it is not we will say so.
What happens after an inquiry
- You describe the week, not the wish list The symptoms, the systems already in use, and where the work currently routes through you.
- PCN reviews it and answers plainly Sending the form records your inquiry automatically — that step is not a conversation. PCN responds to new qualified inquiries within one business day, and Jase Scarvaci leads the consulting conversation from there. Scheduling is agreed with you rather than promised in advance.
- Scope, access and kickoff If there is a fit, we agree the scope, your participation, the required information and the kickoff date before the paid engagement begins.
