Start an operations audit.

Send the honest version of the week — what broke, what you caught, what you had to remember. If the Operations Audit is the right entry point, we will scope it. If it is not, we will say so.

What happens after an inquiry

  1. You describe the week, not the wish list The symptoms, the systems already in use, and where the work currently routes through you.
  2. PCN reads it and answers plainly Either the audit is the right entry point, or it is not and we say what would be. Scheduling is agreed with you rather than promised in advance.
  3. Scope, access and kickoff If the audit goes ahead, we agree the read access, the working session and the examples we need before the clock starts.

Commercial terms

The Operations Audit is $2,500, a fixed fee. Implementation is scoped from the findings, in the order the audit recommends. An operating retainer is optional and month-to-month, where continuing work is warranted. What the audit examines and produces.
